 Friends of Camp Quinebaug is a non-profit organization dedicated to raising money and supporting a camp for Northeastern Connecticut's special needs children and young adults. The camp is located at the Wauregan Reservoir on 25 acres of property and services over 80 children per day.In 1994, state funding for the Camp shrank substantially. That year we organized the Friends of Camp Quinebaug , a group of volunteers who assist in fund-raising to ensure this wonderful experience can continue for these special kids. Throughout the year we sponsor many fundraising events including the Cycling Classic. We invite you to join us & support a very good cause.
